I am now retired, but I don't feel very old.That is partly because I have been working in school and have been surrounded by young people. I have a master degree (MSc) in mathematics, but I have also studied chemistry, physics and pedagogy.

I'm a very interested cyclist, and if it's not too cold outside I go for a long ride on my Specialized racer bike.

I like travelling around learning more about other countries language, culture and history. As the international co-ordinator at Rissa Upper Secondary School for many years I got in contact with many foreigners and I have been the main co-ordinator for a Comenius project called MediaNet , and another Comanius project called School Europolis. From 2003 - 2006 I was participating in a Comenius project called CEES - Comparing European Educational Systems.
